The Evolution System supplied and installed by Metafence, represents the latest technology in welded mesh protection. Resulting from extensive research and development, the system offers an unobtrusive perimeter fence with maximised strength achieved through its distinctive mesh configuration. Suited to a huge variety of applications, the system is fast becoming the number one choice in mesh protection.

Efficient manufacturing processes ensure that the system is long lasting at an affordable cost. The system is supplied in fully welded panels, allowing quick and simple installation. Special fixing clips give greater flexibility where ground conditions require the stepping of panels.

Standard System

Evolution Mesh panels
Distinctive mesh configuration formed with 6 mm diameter horizontal and 4 mm vertical wires fully welded at every intersection.
The horizontal 'V' profiles add to the rigidity of the panels and add an attractive feature to the system once installed.

Evolution posts
The Evolution posts are manufactured from 60 x 60 x 2 mm square hollow section and supplied with plastic caps as standard. Special mesh fixing clips are spaced at 450 – 500 mm vertical centres, with the bolt heads counter sunk within the clips to deter attack from the outside and Perm cone security nuts to the inside, ensuring a secure anti-vandal fixing.

Metafence Gates
Gates of all sizes and configuration are manufactured to the highest standards and maintain the site security offered by the fences. Swing, sliding cantilever and bi-folding gates are offered for manual use or automated by a specialist department of Metafence. The Gate Automation Department can offer a high quality and reliable 'Speed Gate'.

Technical / installation
Standard heights: 2000 and 2400 mm. (These are the only two heights available)
Evolution System can be manufactured upon request to suit projects requiring:

The Evolution System is produced from galvanised wire, with a phosphate pre-treatment and polyester powder coated, Metafence offer a range of many standard colours:

If specified, other sizes of posts can be supplied Metafence, in place of the standard RHS, the posts may also have an optional clamp strip fixing system to closely match any existing mesh systems.
